FAQs

What should I expect from my first Bodytalk session?

Bodytalk sessions are performed over the phone, or in person and a session lasts about an hour.  Bodytalk is non invasive and helps to determine the body's priorities for healing in a gentle supportive way. For an in person session, you will lay on the massage table and the practitioner will go over your health priorities and the issues you would like to address. Through muscle testing and bio-feedback, the practitioner will outline what healing priorities the bodymind wants to address. Sessions are integrated through tapping, breathing and specific techniques. Distance sessions follow the same protocol while being over the phone together.

How does a distance Bodytalk session work?

A distance Bodytalk session happens much the same as an in person session except the session is facilatated from a distance. I will begin by going through your intake form and checking in with you about your healing priorities. After you getting comfortable in a chair or lying down, we will get started with your session. By using tapping, the healing priorities the body outlined will be addressed. If desired, I can send you written notes of what came up after your session.

Does Bodytalk have any side effects?

In a Bodytalk session, the practitioner uses muscle testing to test for the client's healing priorities. Therefore what comes up in a session to be tapped out by the practitioner is what the client can clear in a healthy supported way. This makes a Bodytalk session very safe and tailored to each client's needs. Bodytalk is non intrusive, helps to foster self healing, targets root causes and is safe for all ages. It is also complimentary to other modalities.
